With how well the team has started they'll probably find themselves down there for a bit longer than initially thought.

Tuch has shown a lot of skills and could be a key to this team down the road right in front of the goalie for the PP which will struggle badly this year. Same with Shea who has a knack for getting his shot through. Miller and Schmidt are fine but Shea is a level above in terms of offensive skills.

I could see them calling them up when they start to struggle and the offense dries up. I'm not hoping for an injury but that would probably speed up the process of these guys playing where they belong. The defense will need Shea's skating and overall skill soon. In Derek, Jason, and Mcnabb you have 3 guys in the line up who aren't exactly speedy.

I look forward to the boost that Tuch and Theodore will provide for this team hopefully sooner rather than later.

Wings make history by beating the only undefeated team in nhl history up to that point.

In their primes, both Gallant and Sittler were hard-nosed, scoring wingers. Did the rookie pick up anything in particular from the 484-goal scorer?

Gallant certainly fits your profile of "hard-nosed, scoring winger" but Sittler was a career center who was not known for being particularly "hard-nosed". Hard-working? For sure.

Thanks for the correction. Forgot Sittler was a center. However, I do consider him somebody hard-nosed
